We accept cash payments, and you can also pay with a debit card. When paying by card, a commission +3.5% of the total amount is charged

Before the start of the lease, the Tenant makes a Deposit and payment for the entire rental period.

The amount of the deposit depends on the car you have chosen, driving experience and citizenship of the Tenant.

The deposit is refundable within 21-30 days from the date of the end of the rental period

Any fines, Salik toll passes, any damages, etc. can be repaid from the Deposit. In case of exceeding the amount of such, more than 20% of the Deposit costs must be paid immediately

The car is provided to the Lessee in technically sound condition, fully fueled and clean.

Any visible defect must be recorded and documented by both parties

The car must be returned in the same condition as it was received at the time of approval.

We reserve the right to claim the Car without warning if it is used in violation of the rules specified in the contract.

Driver/The tenant must be at least 21 years old

The expiration date of the driver's license must not be less than the expiration date of the lease and not less than 1 year from the date of issue

Valid UAE DRIVING LICENSE, Passport with valid place of residence (EMIRATES ID)

Driver's license of the same country as the identification document.

International Driver's license, depending on the country

Entry stamp or Tourist visa.

An additional driver must be declared before the start of the car rental, providing the originals of all required documents and entered into the rental agreement.

We will deliver the car to you FREE of CHARGE and pick you up within the city of Dubai

Delivery outside Dubai is carried out for an additional fee (depending on the location)

The provision of services and, accordingly, the use of the car is carried out only within the UAE.

In case of intention to cross the UAE border, the Tenant is obliged to request permission for this, and we reserve the right to allow or reject this request.

The car rental period is calculated daily, weekly or monthly. The daily rental period consists of 24 hours.

At the end of the daily rental period, a grace period of 1 hour is provided.

If the return of the car is delayed for more than 1 hour, but less than 2 hours, an additional fee of 20% of the daily rental calculation is charged.

If there is a delay of up to 3 hours, a ½ daily rental calculation is charged

Over 3 hours of delay in returning the car, the full daily cost of renting a car is charged

In case of early return of the car, no refund for unused time is made

Rental renewal is allowed in the absence of a reservation

It is generally accepted that any extension of the Lease term must be obtained with the prior consent of the Owner.

In case of unjustified delay in the return of the car or the unavailability of the renter for communication, we reserve the right to remotely stop the car engine.

The daily standard of car rental includes a limited amount of mileage (defined in the contract for each car 200-250KM)

For mileage in excess of the daily standard, an additional fee is charged for each kilometer (defined in the contract for each car)

The car is allowed to be used only on public roads

The renter must comply with all traffic rules and will be liable for fines related to traffic violations.

Only persons registered in the contract have the right to drive a car

We are not responsible for any of the Tenant's belongings left or lost in the car during its rental. However, if the Tenant's property is found after the car is returned, we store it for 1 month.

Smoking is prohibited in the car

Participation of the rented car in races, competitions or tests of any type

Transportation of passengers as a taxi and any other private transport of a commercial nature

Transportation of items that pose a risk of damage to the vehicle (including unpleasant odors)

Transportation of illegal substances (alcohol, drugs, etc.)

Driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, hallucinogens, drugs, barbiturates or any other substances that impair consciousness or the ability to react

Towing is strictly prohibited

Use the car to drive off-road

Driving a car by a person not specified in the contract

Use the car outside the UAE and/or in geographical areas that have not been agreed with the Lessor

In case of detection of any of these violations, the car may be forcibly withdrawn, without reimbursement of the funds paid and the insurance deposit.

If the customer cancels the booking 7 days or more before the trip, 100% of the rental price will be refunded.

If the customer cancels the booking less than 7 days before the trip, 90% of the rental price will be refunded.

If the customer cancels the booking 3 days before the trip, 50% of the rental price will be refunded.

If the customer cancels the booking less than 24 hours before the trip, no refund will be made.
